HIV Outcomes has launched its annual call for good practice submissions. It is inviting organisations and individuals across Europe to share examples of initiatives that improve health outcomes and quality of life for people living with HIV.
As part of its continued efforts to improve long-term HIV care, HIV Outcomes is updating its Good Practices Compendium. The Compendium brings together examples of HIV care that go beyond viral suppression, with a particular focus on health-related quality of life (HRQoL).
By sharing successful approaches and experiences, contributors can help support advocacy for policy change and strengthen long-term HIV care across Europe.
Good practice examples can be submitted until Friday, 18 September COB via the submission form.
The submission form includes a series of questions designed to capture key information about each practice. Contributors are encouraged to provide clear and comprehensive information and, where available, supporting evidence or data that can help others learn from and potentially replicate their work.
HIV Outcomes also encourages organisations to share the call with colleagues and networks to gather as many perspectives and examples as possible.
Following last year’s call for good practices, four new examples were added to the Good Practices Compendium:
- Chiva’s Specialist Support Staff for Young People Living With HIV
- The Fifty over 50 Project
- Access to cardiovascular prevention strategies among people living with HIV
- MIMO – an innovative, community-based and digital psychosocial support platform
Find out more about the existing good practices and submit your example to help strengthen person-centred HIV care across Europe.
