In 2025, nearly 500 people with disabilities found employment in Castilla y León thanks to specific job inclusion programs promoted by the Mental Health Federation of Castilla y León and its eleven member associations. To achieve this, 125 training courses were developed, benefiting 565 people and improving their skills and employment prospects. In addition, 23 professional internships were carried out in real work environments, primarily in sheltered workshops, but also in mainstream companies and the public administration.

The program also stood out for its role in connecting with the business and social sectors, contacting some 600 companies and 347 community resources to facilitate job opportunities. This network strengthened support for people with psychosocial disabilities and advanced their integration into the labour market, consolidating a model based on training, practical experience, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
All these actions have been made possible thanks to the collaboration and funding of public administrations, including the European Union through the European Social Fund +, the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy and the Junta de Castilla y León, as well as the participation of local entities, foundations and collaborating companies.
