Right to access

This is an extension of the right to erasure, and entitles data subjects to have their personal data removed from indexes, i.e. Google.

GAMIAN-Europe takes all reasonable security measures to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, destruction, misuse, modification or disclosure. As far as permissible under law, GAMIAN-Europe accepts no responsibility for the unauthorised access of personal information held by GAMIAN-Europe.
