The MEP Alliance for Mental health is delighted to announce that Mrs Estrella Dura Ferrandis MEP has joined its team of co-chairs. She will be taking the place of former MEP Rory Watson, who, sadly, had to leave the European Parliament as a result of Brexit.

With her background in mental health, Estrella Dura Ferrandis MEP will be a great asset to the work of the Alliance. 

When accepting the invitation to join the team of co-chairs, she stated that ‘Mental Health is and it will continue to be one of my political priorities, especially now that we have been able to see, under the impact  of this COVID19, the urgent need to tackle the consequences of the pandemic on mental health of people, specially workers and vulnerable groups like children or people with disabilities’.

The Alliance is looking forward to Mrs Dura Ferrandis’ contributions and support.
