Tineke Mollema (The Netherlands)

Tineke Mollema has been the coordinator of plusminus young since March 2017. She combines direct contact with fellow sufferers with contributions to national policy via the MIND Young platform. The ideal way for Tineke to work on a better future for young people with bipolar disorder. Through a recording, she became active in her own recovery process and decided to be open about her disorder and make the transition from politics to plusminus. Early detection and the prevention of stigmatization are important reasons for Tineke to actively engage young people with bipolar disorder.
